WOW!

The first Burnout game was a little to fast, therefore hard to play.

But this one!

I played for 45 minutes (rental) with a huge smile on my face!

Lots of game modes, EXCELLENT 5.1 sound and it is HDTV (16x9) native.

If the 4 player split screen multiplayer is good, I'm buying it!

Burnout 2 is by far the best racing game out there, I never played 1 but it looks good, less cartoony looking than 2, I hope 3 looks more realistic.

Well it is definitely not the best racer out there...

But it is arcadey and fun.

try out moto gp2 yet?

MotoGP 2 is horrible! the engine sounds don't even match the RPM counter and the rider keeps jerking around when going through windy corners. ok so it's got really good graphical realism but the movement/sound of the game is just horrible.

what do you mean the rider keeps moving around? did you play moto gp 1?

I played the demo on an XBM disc. Was not impressed at all.

I'll probably rent it when HV gets it back in stock, but I'd planned on getting it street date, till I played the demo that is.

Also, update on Burnout 2.

Multiplayer is only racing, which doesn't look good, because of the speeds involved even on a big screen TV you have trouble seeing.

I'll play some more single player and see if its worth buying. I wish they would put how long it takes to unlock everything, most of these $49.95 games are worth $30-40 instead.
