I made it a multi choice but plaese state order if you choose 2 or more and why!

BTW trog multi choice polls and poll editing would be nice features for your site!

I think those who put the time in and are devoted, to the clan no matter their skill level and show there commitment week after week should be the ones to play first. Its one thing to want to win all the time, but its another to be a good sport and remember why we all started playing Games it is after all just that "A Game" If all you want to do is win then you have to be willing to sacrafice friendship to a point. That means you will have to set a standard and live by it. For myself I know my limit, since I have been going to school I havent been able to put the time in I need to...to stay competitive. Im just an average Joe. So if all you want to do is win then I would not be the kind of player you would want in your clan. I think you need to be willing to move on also. I mean if you dont think the clan isnt getting good enough and or you check out the stats of other clans and see how well they are doing you may want to try out for them. Its all about whats most important to you.

I would just play with people who i respected, (and vice versa) with seriousness in with practice, and being able to learn stuff when you are failry new to the game
