Why is the Ophelia portrait different than the actual skin?(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Why is it that I can't select the blonde coloed hair with teh yellowish outfit?
I've unselected the team skins in the dm options, but I still can't get plain skin from the portrait.
Am I missing something? Did I mess with a setting that won't allow me to get the skin in the portrait? :/
If I haven't messed something up, why isn't this skin selectable? It looks much nicer than the red headed one imho even though I hate the tattoos. 
Atleast I know here it won't end up on page 3 in less than an hour. :/
- Yes Team skins is off
- Yes this is from vanilla DM
- Lauren uses the regular DM skins
I tried a small test and made sure the team skins option in the DM tab was turned off. I put Ophelia and Lauran on Compressed and I took at look at what skins they had.
Ophelia still had the red hair and red vest/stipes, yet Lauren had on the plain grey skin without a hint of the team skin.
I did the same with other skins and the same thing happened. The ophelia model won't use the regular DM skin.
