hey, i just got home from uni, and i've connected my laptop the the wireless network in the house. its been up and runnign fine for about four months now, and my sister's computer has no problems with it.
i, however, and constantly being disconnected. maybe once every 10 minutes or so. and i can instantly reconnect, but its a nuisance, and it means i can't leave myself signed in to msn or leave a download runnign or whatever. any way to make the computer autmatically reconnect, or not disconnect at all?
thanks!

Do you have a conection utill that you can place down in the task tray so you can monitor your conection? If so put down there and see if your loosing signal, I say this because if the signal degrages to much you will loos your conect. You can check for adaware/spyware to. I have a hunch that it may be the card itself that is defective though. See if a friend will lend you there card and try it out.
