How to do the "white line" effect on this pic I found in Photoshop? It's a really cool effect and I have wondered how to do it for some time. Any help and/or link to tutorials would be greatly appriciated.

Remember just the white lines around it that also cut into it...

I think he is referring to the white "outer glow" around the models. That is easy, simply apply the outer glow effect to the layer. If you don't know how to do that, then search help.

hmm, I thought he meant the thinker white lines outlined in black at the top and bottom of the screen. I'd help, but I don't know PS.

If you mean the think white lines... draw a line with a border on it. ..
Or a long rectangle with a border on it?????
