after jamming with a friend last night, we then decided to go watch the Day after Tomorrow. So I leave my gear in his living room, which included my Zoom guitar multieffects pedal
So then I come back to his house to pack up my stuff, when I realise that there is some liquid running down from the unit all over my hands. I then realise the liquid was also INSIDE the unit, already chrystalizing on the screen. WTF was this??
Then my friend brought the horrible truth to me- while we were away his cat had pissed all over my zoom 
It was a nightmare, the thing was stinking of cat piss and it wasnt working, I had to unscrew liek 12 screws and undo a few things, then clean out the inside with kitchen towels and then a hairdryer with the help of disinfectant spray. Finally after a least an hour of work I finally got it working nicely, but some smell still lingers :/
wasn't the first time either, my friend told many stories of how this cat has a habit of pissing on valuable things

Hah. Shoulda used an alcohol based cleaner mate. Dries off more quickly and gets rid of most smells.
My new kitten likes to use my new amps speaker cloth as a scratching post, cheeky little bastard, drags itself up to the top of the thing by its claws.

lol speaker cloth ripping- might make your amp look more badass though 
so yeah today i had to undo the zoom one more time, because on of the footswitches was shorting. managed to fix it though 
so now all i have to do is wait till the smell fades before my zoom is totally normal
I am going to make a custom effect, gonna put the most ear-piercing ring modulators, coupled with the most painful pitchshifter ever known to man, further enhanced by ultra high gain and compressor.
I shall name this effect after the cat, then throw him into the amp box while I play screaming solos and crushing metal riffs

One time me and some buds were doing it up at one of their houses. By the end of the night we were all absolutely destroyed and decided to crash. The guy who lived there slept in his bed and me and my other bud took the two couches. I just started to fall asleep and I heard something. Now the owner of the house who was in his bed is a bassplayer and had a bass amp out in the livingroom where we were sleeping. I woke up because I heard laughing. It was my other buddy standing over by the TV laughing his ass off. I wondered why until I noticed what he was doing - pissing all over the bass amp. 
By this time we were both laughing hysterically and the other guy came from his room to see WTF was going on and of course got quite pissed at the site of his amp being urinated on. So my bud stopped pissing and went into the guy's room where he had a full length mirror leaning against his wall...and he proceeded to piss on that too.
