I went to see this tonight. It was very good. I'm not a Colin Farrell fan but he did some great acting in this movie (love a man who is secure enough to kiss another man onscreen). He played a hippy loving, toke smoking, naive guy who is very lovable. He lost his mother, brother then father by his teenage years. Then moved in with his best friend. They both smoked together and experimented sexually (mostly cross handjobs, nothing all way). I wouldnt' call him bisexual. They left some of that open to interpretation. The label would be wrong really... as a hippy he has the attitude that theres love in the world and its all good. The only one we see him sleep with was the girl. Anyway... Its a good drama. It left me with questions at the end as to what happened next.
Highly recommended  Great trip back to the 80s too.

This is the movie where they had to remove Farrel's nude scene because his... size, shocked the audience.

Hmm.... It could be. You do see him walking nude... but not quite all of him.

I'm quite sure it is. They felt it had too much of an impact during the test screenings, and was a distraction from the plotline so they removed it form the final theatrical release.
