it's a bit over 2gigs, and you won't be able to play until the open beta starts next week. but at least you can be prepared for when it happens

you don't know what WoW is? nothing like DT, more along the lines of Everquest. I got hooked on it during the open stress test a couple of months ago. the good thing about this MMORPG is that it runs on a wide range of computer specs. I have gotten it to run well on a 1.7 celeron with a first gen geforce card and 512mb or ram (the slowest computer in my house). It's set in the world or warcraft, taurens, orcs, humans, undead, gnomes, drawfs, mages, warriors, druids, priests, warlocks, all that good stuff. really fun game.
the open beta starts next week (meaning anyone with an internet connection can play), and it should last 2 or 3 weeks before the game goes retail. the file I linked to is just a bit torrent type file that blizzard uses to distribute the 2+ gigs of install files for the game.
