It's way over-priced ($30 CAD for a very slim hardcover), but I found a copy where I work.
A story about 4 creatures looking for cheese in a maze, it's a metaphor for how we deal with change in our life (which is, not well).
Cheese represents our goals in life, what we believe will make us happy (money, love, a good job, whatever). It's easy to stick to one pile of cheese, and to expect that it will always be there. But sometimes cheese gets old, and you have to go through the maze looking for new cheese. But that's not a bad thing.
In fact, we have to expect that once in a while we have to look for new cheese. So we shouldn't fear that situation, but embrace it.
A good read at the beginning of the New Year.
