I'm totally addicted to the Sims 2. It's embarassing I have RL houseguests come and see what my Sims are up to. They even ask after them

My game is packed up. Luckily I can still use the body shop and create some Sims in the meantime.

ooooo, That sucks the game is packed but cool you can still create families. I'm wondering though. Can you upload fully functional Sims or Sim Families? All I could find were skin/genetics. Not Sims that have skills/etc. I need to propagate my neighborhood but I don't want to hand raise every family and Sim. It's going to get tedious after a while. And I wonder how much inbreeding I can get away with Not to be creepy but - I don't have the interest to create so many families. (And I don't trust those unreliable Townies *)

I like the townies because it makes the game less predictable. I know I've downloaded one house that came with a family but I don't remember if they came with jobs or skills or anything. I never tried inbreeding. I wonder if the offspring will come out with genetic defects?

tHAT would be really funny in a twisted way. Maybe they get blue skin and buck teeth? hee hee

I'm afraid I'm not really enjoying Sims 2 I don't really know why I bought it though, since I didn't really enjoy any Sims game previous to it. I'm just too greedy and have to try everything

Are you an Evil Overlord? I think Thuri is an Evil one

/me is OverAchiever Overlord

I'm both. Just depends on what mood I'm in.

Didja get your system set up yet?

We're only using Rune's computer now and The Sims 2 always seems to crash it. I guess I'll have to wait until we move out and we can set up my computer. The game crashed on mine sometimes too but not as often and I don't remember, but I don't think it crashed my computer, it was just the game that crashed. I'm hoping I get University for my birthday but I'm not holding my breath.
