kay. so i went to get some blood taken for tests. and wtf!? they need 3-4 tubes. well, okay. go ahead i say. so they stick that needle in my arm. and i wait. and the blood fills the tube. tube no.1.
for the second tube she had to stick another needle, and for the third another one, and so on...
why can't they use only one!? it's not like the blood changes, and they don't even do it in the other arm. thsy just like to poke holes in the same place several times....bah....

Brings back memories of back when I was 7/8. Nurse pierced my left arm and began filling up a large toothpaste tubed sized vial. And then suddenly the blood stops flowing.  And it runs dry about halfway. And she throws away the bag and starts poking my left arm 3x before giving up on it. She then pokes my right arm and fills up a similar sized tube.
Not a good memroy  I come back like 6 years later for a similar test and they just pricked my finger and I smeared about 2 drops worth on a glass plate

odd. i've done blood tests before where they filled several vials and always with the same needle housing. just changed out the tubes attached to it. wonder why you were so lucky. 
but who knows. i'm no medico.
