Stupid laptop won't even turn on...(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Ok, so i've been having a few problems with my laptop recently.. first of all I give it a clean and then the fan starts playing up and being very very very noisy... so I get a new fan (only from Germany - as no where, not even the laptop makers have fans!) and now the fecking thing doesn't even turn on when I press the power button.. i've kept tapping the power button just incase there is any static build up there... i've plugged the charger in (when the battery is in or is not in) and still nothing happens.. the lights on it don't even come on to show that it's charging. 
Any idea?
