Bummer, but pending an adequate explanation, it sounds like a good enough reason to pull them off your list. If personnel can't keep an appointment, don't bet on payroll knowing how to print checks.

well i know just to get an interview you have to sign an NDA, and once you have a job with them you aren't allowed to discuss with anyone what you make, what you have for benefits and stuff like that. It is part of there NDA, as well if you don't like what is on there basically you aren't getting hired

Went well... But then they figured out they're outsourcing the stuff I'm doing so... Errr... Yeah.
