Having gold tech support on this pc is great. DVD died, spent 10 minutes on the phone Tuesday with an English-speaking tech guy, agreed to send me a replacement. Unfortunately it was sent via DHL. They delivered it on Wednesday. To the wrong address. They retrieved it, sent it to my local Virginia station yesterday. It was within 5 miles of me at 8pm last night. Didn't get delivered today. That's because at 2am this morning they "misrouted" it again. Now it's in Syracuse, NY. They promise to deliver it Monday, by which time I plan to dig a big hole in front of the front door, reroute the neighborhood sewage line into it, and cover it carefully with a welcome mat.
